Diagnosis: a speaker got detached for no reason and such movement cut a wire.
Consequence: One side does not work. The headset does not work.
Action: disassembly, cable welding and speaker bonding. Reassembly. Everything goes back to normal.
Exchange: Good music and good audio in the job.
